Pragati Insurance Limited signed a bancassurance agreement with Midland Bank on May 16, 2024, which will enable the bank’s customers to purchase a range of insurance products through the bank’s extensive branch network. Insurance products include motor insurance, health insurance, travel insurance and crop insurance.

Mr. Syed Sehab Ullah Al-Manjur, ACII (UK), Chief Executive Officer of Pragati Insurance Company Limited and Mr. Md. Ahsan-Uz Zaman, Chief Executive Officer of Midland Bank signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations at the Midland Bank head office.

Mr. Md. Rezaul Karim, Advisor of Pragati Insurance Limited, along with senior officials of both organizations were present at the signing ceremony.

প্রগতি ইন্স্যুরেন্স লিমিটেড ১৬ মে, ২০২৪ ইং তারিখে মিডল্যান্ড ব্যাংক এর সাথে একটি ব্যাঙ্কাসুরেন্স চুক্তি স্বাক্ষর করেছে, যার ফলে ব্যাংকের গ্রাহকরা ব্যাংকের বিস্তৃত শাখা নেটওয়ার্কের মাধ্যমে বিভিন্ন পরিসরের বীমা পণ্য ক্রয় করতে পারবেন। বীমা পণ্যগুলির মধ্যে রয়েছে মটর বীমা, স্বাস্থ্য বীমা, ভ্রমন বীমা ও শস্য বীমা।

মিডল্যান্ড ব্যাংকের প্রধান কার্যালয়ে প্রগতি ইন্স্যুরেন্স কোম্পানী লিমিটেড এর  প্রধান নির্বাহী কর্মকর্তা জনাব সৈয়দ সেহাব উল্লাহ্‌ আল–মনজুর, এসিআইআই (ইউকে) এবং মিডল্যান্ড ব্যাংকের প্রধান নির্বাহী কর্মকর্তা জনাব মোঃ আহসান–উজ জামান স্ব স্ব প্রতিষ্ঠানের পক্ষে চুক্তিতে স্বাক্ষর করেন।

চুক্তি স্বাক্ষর অনুষ্ঠানে প্রগতি ইন্স্যুরেন্সের উপদেষ্টা জনাব মোঃ রেজাউল করিম সহ উভয় প্রতিষ্ঠানের উর্ধ্বতন কর্মকর্তারা উপস্থিত ছিলেন।
