Senior Level Marketing Executives (DMD to SVP position).

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Must have good understanding of Insurance plans including motor, fire, marine, and all non-life insurance policies.
  • Design and implement strategic marketing plans to reach Annual Non-Life Insurance Premium procurement targets.
  • Develop and promote monthly, quarterly and annual Insurance Premium procurement objectives.
  • Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones.
  • Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc.

 

Requirements:

  • Background: Must have working experience in any reputed Insurance Company, Bank, Financial Institution or any respected organization. Preference shall be given to the candidates working in Sales & Marketing Division.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.
  • Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

 

Remuneration:
