40th Annual General Meeting Notice

Pragati Insurance PLC. will hold its 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) virtually on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 12:00 noon. Shareholders can participate via the digital platform at https://piplc40.virtualagmbd.com to conduct ordinary business, including the adoption of the 2025 financial statements and the approval of a recommended 30.00% dividend (consisting of 27.00% cash and 3.00% stock). Eligibility to attend and receive dividends is based on the record date of May 12, 2026. Members may appoint a proxy or submit questions and votes electronically starting 48 hours before the meeting.
