Pragati Insurance PLC organized a training and trial session on its upgraded web-based Insurance Management System (IMS) software for employees. The program took place on Saturday at Pragati Insurance Bhaban, 20–21 Kawran Bazar, Dhaka.
The training was inaugurated by Ms. Papia Rahman, Deputy Managing Director. Mr. Musfiqur Rahaman Parag, DVP & Head of IT, Mr. Ziabul Hossain from ZK IT Solutions Ltd., and Mr. Ram Joy Deb Nath, Senior Manager, jointly delivered the keynote presentation. They provided an in-depth overview of the features of the IMS software and its Motor & Marine modules.
Participants included officers from the Underwriting Department, IT Department, and Branch Control Department of the company. The training aimed to enhance participants’ understanding and efficient use of the IMS software, thereby ensuring improved operational performance across the organization.
